INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Matteo Napoletano of the Kentucky Wesleyan men’s soccer team is the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Player of the Year, as announced by the league office on Wednesday. The Panthers’ Midfielder also earned a spot on the G-MAC First Team. Annually, upon the end of the regular season, the men’s soccer coaches of the Great Midwest Athletic Conference vote on post season awards. Napoletano was the clear favorite as the league’s top player. The Panthers finished the season with an 8-6-5 record, Napoletano finished the year with four game-winning goals. This season Napoletano played and started 16 matches.…
