Mavericks Hold No. 3 Spot in NCAA Central Region Rankings

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — The Minnesota State women’s soccer team held the third spot in the most recent edition of the NCAA Central Region Rankings. The NSIC, Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) and Great American Conference (GAC) make up the 34-team NCAA Central Region. The top-eight teams will advance to the NCAA Tournament, with the top-two seeds serving as a host for a portion of the tournament, provided minimum criteria are met and a bid has been submitted.
