NJIT’s goalkeeper Samuel Reisgys made four saves, but couldn’t prevent the loss. Despite the defeat, NJIT had a successful season, securing wins against nationally ranked Vermont and making it to the semifinals for the third time under coach Fernando Barboto. Highlanders’ goalkeeper Reisgys ended his career as the program’s all-time saves leader.
