The Seattle Pacific University women’s soccer team heads into the Great Northwest Athletic Conference Tournament as the top seed after an impressive regular season. The Falcons finished with a 12-2-5 overall record and a perfect 9-0-5 conference record. Head coach Arby Busey has praised their consistency throughout the season but knows they will need to be at their best against a tough opponent, Simon Fraser, in the semifinal round. Several Falcons players have also been recognized with conference awards, including Sophie Beadle as GNAC Player of the Year. The team is currently ranked 16th in the nation.
