Shattles Earns Second America East Rookie of the Week Award

DURHAM, N.H. – University of New Hampshire freshman setter Jessica Shattles (Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.) has been named the America East Co-Rookie of the Week for the second week in a row due to her performance in the ‘Cats three road matches. Throughout the matches Shattles totaled 59 assists, averaging 5.36 assists per set. In the match vs. NJIT Shattles recorded a double-double tallying 11 digs and 26 assists. The Wildcats return home for senior weekend on Friday, Nov. 10, where they will play Bryant, and again on Sunday, Nov. 12, against Binghamton.
