Florida Southern College’s women’s soccer team had three players named to the All-SSC teams for 2023. Keeper Jenny Staten, who has had an outstanding season, was named to the All-SSC Second Team. Ally Prentice and Malia Brost were named to the All-SSC Third Team. Staten, a graduate student from Illinois, has recorded a GAA of 1.13 and 54 saves this season. Prentice, a freshman, has scored five goals, including a game-winner against the then-No. 3 ranked team. Brost, a sophomore, leads the team with six goals and two game-winners. Florida Southern will face Embry-Riddle in the SSC semifinal.
