UTD Volleyball Defends ASC Title Starting Thursday

BELTON, Texas – The UT Dallas volleyball team will look to defend its conference crown by opening the 2023 American Southwest Conference Championship Tournament Thursday night at the Mayborn Campus Center on the campus of Mary Hardin-Baylor. The Comets, who went 12-12 overall and finished third in the league standings at 10-4, will face sixth-seeded Howard Payne (11-13, 4-10) in the Quarterfinals at 7:30 p.m. UTD will make its 20th consecutive tournament appearance and compete for an ASC-record ninth title this weekend.
