Women’s Soccer Still Alive for NCAA Tournament; Ranked No. 5 in Final East Region Poll

NEWARK, Del. – – Despite falling in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Tournament First Round on Sunday, the Wilmington University women’s soccer team still find itself alive and well to make the NCAA Tournament, moving up two spots to No. 5 in the final ranking before the NCAA Selection Show. The Wildcats went 9-0-2 over their final 11 regular season games, allowing them to jump up two spots in this week’s official NCAA poll to No. 5.
