Cara Pence, Bailey Bennett Earn SLIAC Recognition

ST. LOUIS, MO. — Blackburn College Volleyball had two student-athletes earn All-St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference recognition as junior Cara Pence was named Third Team All-SLIAC and freshman Bailey Bennett was selected to the All-Sportsmanship Team. Pence earned third team honors after leading the Beavers offensive attack with a total of 313 regular season kills to set a new school record for kills in a season. She also finshed the season ranked seventh in the SLIAC in kills with 2.72 kills per set while her season total placed her fifth. She also ranked seventh with 2.95 points per set. A…
