Women’s Volleyball Ousted in CCIW Tournament Semis

CHICAGO – The Illinois Wesleyan University women’s volleyball team’s season came to an end in the semifinal round of the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Tournament Thursday night, Nov. 9, as the Titans dropped a four-set match (25-19, 25-18, 20-25, 25-22) at top-seeded North Park University. IWU ended its season with a 17-13 overall record, while 15th-ranked NPU upped its mark to 24-6. Sophomore Taylor French (Romeoville, Ill.-Plainfield East) led the team as she posted her 20th double-double of the season with team-highs of 15 kills and 26 digs.
