Cross Country Completes NCAA Regionals

HOUGHTON, NY – The men’s and women’s cross-country teams completed competition at the NCAA Division III Niagara Regional Championship on Saturday afternoon. The men’s team finished in 13th (363 points) out of 25 teams in an 8-kilometer race. Utica’s women’s team completed the race in 16th (462 points) out of 20 teams in a 6-kilometer race. Bennett Melita (Johnstown, NY/Fonda Fultonville) led the men’s team placing 55th out of over 170 runners in a time of 26:01.8.
