Gorloks Season Ends in SLIAC Semifinals

GREENVILLE, Ill. – The Webster University volleyball team was back in action this afternoon when they traveled to Greenville, Illinois, to take on the Greenville (Ill.) University Panthers for the SLIAC Volleyball Semifinals. The fourth seeded Gorloks were defeated by the top seeded Panthers in three sets (14-25, 22-25, 16-25) to fall to 16-16 on the season. With the win, the Panthers advanced to the championship game where they will take on Fontbonne (Mo.) University. Webster finished with 29 kills on 116 attacks for a .060 attacking percentage. They added one service ace, six blocks, 24 assists, and 44 digs.…
