Haley Oliver Caps Women’s Cross Country Season at NCAA Mideast Region Championship

Westfield, Mass.–Sophomore Haley Oliver (Coventry, R.I.) finished 41st at the 2023 NCAA Div. III Women’s Cross Country Mideast Region Championship, hosted by Westfield State at Stanley Park on Saturday morning. THE BASICS • Oliver was the lone Anchorwoman to compete at the event. Williams won the meet with a team score of 61.0. • There were 174 runners and the race encompassed 6,000 meters. HOW IT HAPPENED • Oliver posted a time of 22:27.10. • It was the final competition of the season for the Rhode Island College women’s cross country team.
