Herons compete in NCAA Niagara Regional

HOUGHTON, N.Y.—William Smith College finished 15th out of 20 teams at the 2023 NCAA Division III Women’s Cross Country Niagara Regional Championships this afternoon. The Herons’ top four finishers all posted season’s best times on the 6-kilometer course. Senior Ainsley Woods led the Herons to the finish line, posting her first sub-24-minute time of the season. She clocked in at 23:44.7 to place 68th out of 147 runners.
