Men’s Cross Country Takes Second in the South, Six Earn All-Region

MOUNT BERRY, Ga. – The No. 30 Washington and Lee University men’s cross country team placed second in the NCAA’s South Regional Championships on Saturday afternoon with a team score of 71 points. The Generals(6-10-14-20-21(29)(46)) placed six harriers in the top-30 to earn All-Region status, the most in program history to earn the highest team finish since 2016. W&L finished five points ahead of No. 26 Emory and behind No. 10 University of Lynchburg’s 37 points.
