Men’s Soccer Takes No. 2 Mary Washington to Overtime in NCAA Tournament
FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – The Neumann University men’s soccer team took No. 2 University of Mary Washington to overtime before falling 3-1 in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on Saturday. Despite being outshot 13-2 in the first half, the Knights went into halftime scoreless with the Eagles. Mary Washington did find the back of the net on a cross in the 72nd mark to take the 1-0 lead.
