Balla, Victor Named to NCAC 40th Anniversary All-Decade Team

NCAC Release CLEVELAND — The Allegheny College football program placed two former student-athletes on the North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) 40th Anniversary All-Decade Team, released by the conference office on Tuesday. Former defense and special teams standout, Chase Balla ’21 (New Kensington, Pa./Valley), and Allegheny’s all-time leading receiver, Alex Victor ’20 (Miami, Fla./G. Holmes Braddock), were among the 26 student-athletes honored on the 40th Anniversary All-Decade Team.
