SWAC announces volleyball championship bracket

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. | The Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) unveiled the 2023 tournament championship bracket Tuesday morning following the conclusion of the regular season. The tournament will take place over three days in Prairie View, Texas beginning Friday, Nov. 17, and ending with the championship match on Sunday, Nov. 19 at 3 p.m. with each match played in the William Nicks Building. Alabama State, the regular season champion, earned the top seed for the tournament and will face a familiar opponent in No. 8 seed Bethune-Cookman.
