Pair of Gorillas Earn All-MIAA Volleyball Honors

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Two member of the Pittsburg State University volleyball team earned All-MIAA honors Wednesday (Nov. 15) following a vote of conference head coaches. Senior outside hitter Janae Thurston was named to the second-team All-MIAA squad, while sophomore libero Josie McCroskey garnered honorable mention All-MIAA recognition. Thuston (Peciliar, Mo.) becomes a three-time All-MIAA performer after earning second-team All-MIAA honors in 2022 and honorable mention recognition in 2021.
