Torrent Named PNC GLVC Swim & Dive Athlete of the Week

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – William Jewell College junior Martina Torrent was named this week’s PNC GLVC Swim and Dive Athlete of the Week after setting a new William Jewell program record in the 100 meter breaststroke, announced by the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) office Tuesday. Hailing from Banyoles, Spain, Torrent complied a pair of first place finishes at the Eagle Invite in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma over the weekend.
