Dion and Shannon Named to the AVCA All-Region IV First Team

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (November 15, 2023) – Senior Meg Dion and junior Cleo Shannon from the Stevens Institute of Technology women’s volleyball team were named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association All-Region IV First Team, the organization announced Wednesday afternoon. Dion earns her second All-Region award after being named an Honorable Mention last season. The All-Region selection for Shannon is the first of her career. Dion was named the MAC Freedom’s Co-Defensive Player of the Year and landed on the Conference’s first team. The middle hitter leads the MAC Freedom in blocks with 94 and has averaged 0.95 per set.
