Sloan selected to NFHCA Senior Team

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Senior Katie Sloan has been named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III Senior Team. Sloan – who was named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) First Team last week – started all 20 games this season and helped anchor a defense which allowed just 13 goals (0.99 goals against average). She was credited with a defensive save in a win at Lasell (Oct. 14) and chipped in offensively with two assists, including one in a 4-1 win over Colby-Sawyer in the GNAC Championship (Nov. 4).
