Top 10 Indiana boys basketball players in Class of 2024
8. Steven Solano, C, La Lumiere
You can’t teach size and Solano certainly has it with his 6-foot-11, 230-pound frame. Solano is one of a few of the most-talented seniors playing in the Hoosier State this season at La Lumiere, transferring to the prep school after a few stops during his high school career including Donda Academy in California, and Cardinal Hayes High School in New York. Solano’s athleticism and length continued to be on display over the summer with Expressions Elite where he averaged eight points and nearly seven rebounds during the Nike EYBL Peach Jam. The uncommitted three-star prospect has already put up a couple of nice performances at La Lumiere this fall, and should continue his strong play in his final high school basketball season before likely playing at the Division I level next year.
