East Carolina Defeats Charlotte Volleyball, 3-0

GREENVILLE, N.C. — The Charlotte volleyball team was unable to overcome a chilly offensive night as they fell to East Carolina 3-0 (21-25, 19-25, 19-25) in American Conference action on Friday evening at Minges Coliseum. Jessica Ricks was the lone Niner with double-digit kills as she racked up 12. It marked Ricks’ third straight match in double-figures and sixth in her last seven. Annika Wetterstrom chipped in 21 helpers, while Sophie Whalen had 17 digs.
