David Kibet, Donald Kibet earn All-American honors at NCAA Championships

JOPLIN, Mo. – The Washburn men’s cross country duo of David Kibet and Donald Kibet turned in the best two individual performances in program history at the NCAA National Championships en route to All-American honors on Saturday at the Tom Rutledge Cross Country Course. David placed 22nd overall and Donald finished 28th. David Kiibet’s time of 29:57.2 was the third-fastest time in program history behind his time of 29:53.8 he ran two weeks ago at the NCAA Central Regional on the same course.
