Five rushing touchdowns lift St. Martin’s in playoff win vs. Covenant Christian

St. Martin’s juniors Harlem Berry and Ashton Oliver combined for five touchdowns rushing as the No. 4 Saints defeated No. 20 Covenant Christian 40-27 in a Division IV select regional game Friday in Metairie. Berry rushed 17 times for 217 yards and three touchdowns as Oliver, the quarterback, rushed 13 times for 81 yards and two scores. Oliver completed 4 of 5 passes for 152 yards with one touchdown and one interception. Sophomore Tyler Penny had two receptions for 79 yards and one touchdown.
