Herons swim past Saxons 144-92

The William Smith College swimming and diving team was back in action Friday against Alfred University in Bristol Pool, defeating the Saxons 144-92. With the win, the Herons move to 3-4 on the season while Alfred fell to 2-3. First-year Mackenzie Morus and sophomore Haley Levine led William Smith with two first place finishes each. Morus came first in the 1000-yard freestyle and in the 500-yard freestyle with times of 11:35.48 and 5:42.81.
