Lewis Women’s Cross Country Finishes 15th at NCAA DII National Championships

JOPLIN, Mo. — The Lewis University women’s cross country team finished 15th overall at the NCAA DII National Championships Saturday (Nov. 18). The Flyers finished with 428 points to conclude the 2023-2024 season. Leading the way for Lewis was junior Hannah Smrcka (Cory, Penn.), who finished the 6K race with a time of 21:01.5. Senior Anna Kozak (Lockport, IL/Lockport Township) was the next Flyer to cross the finish line after recording a time of 21:42.4.
