Shadewald Earns All-MVC First Team Honors

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Illinois State volleyball sophomore Aida Shadewald was named to the All-MVC First Team, as selected by the conference’s 12 coaches and announced Saturday. Shadewald, a Prarie du Sac, Wis. native, leads the Redbirds with 364 kills, including 19 matches with 10+ kills this season. As part of her team-leading kills total, Shadewald set a new overall career high of 23 kills in a three-set match on Oct. 14 versus Murray State.
