Johnson Named Summit League Scholar of the Championship
VERMILLION, S.D. – For the second straight season, senior setter Kelley Johnson has been named the Summit League Volleyball Scholar of the Championship, the league office announced on Sunday afternoon. Johnson, who was also named the Summit League Setter of the Year and to the First Team for the second straight season, has a 4.00 grade-point average in biological sciences. The Scholar of the Championship award is presented to the student-athlete with the highest cumulative undergraduate grade-point average participating at each of the Summit League’s 19 championships.
