Men’s XC Finishes 17th in Country, Women’s XC 29th

JOPLIN, Mo.—University of Charleston Cross Country concluded their season at the NCAA Cross Country Championship where the men finished in seventeenth place with 495 points and the women finished in twenty-ninth place with 679 points. The women started it off at 11am with the 6k. Julie Lafare crossed the finish line first for the Golden Eagles in 74th place with a time of 21:16.4, while Lily Dowdell finished in 125th place, Mercy Jepleting in 191st place, Madison Woolwine in 198th place, Jeanne Conroy in 201st place, Lia Markert in 241st place and Patricia Alonso-Munoz in 252nd place.
