Women’s Swimming Finishes Seventh at Pacer Invite

CARY, N.C.- The women’s swimming team competed on the second day of the Pacer Invite hosted by William Peace on Saturday. The WildCats came in seventh overall. Lexee Schellhammer (Edinburg, Va./Sherando) nearly broke her own record in the 100-yard backstroke but came up short going 1:02.78 for 11th place. Kai Miller (Richmond, Va) swam a time of 1:18.09 that was .05 from setting a personal best. In the 100-yard breaststroke, Ava Skinner (Lynchburg, Va./Brookville) had the fastest time for Randolph at 1:16.99.
