Women’s Volleyball Collects NEWMAC and AVCA Honors

Cambridge, Mass. (November 20) – During the past week, members of the MIT women’s volleyball team received postseason awards from the NEWMAC and the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA). Seniors Emily Cheng (Sunnyvale, Calif.) and Consecrata Rozario (Cary, N.C.) along with juniors Lauren Keller (Albuquerque, N.M.) and Ottavia Personeni (Bethesda, Md.) were named to the AVCA All-Region Team while Cheng, Rozario, and Keller were voted to the NEWMAC All-Conference First Team.
