Five Vulcans receive academic laurels

CALIFORNIA (Nov. 21) – The California (PA) women’s soccer team featured five players earning College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District status on Tuesday afternoon. Sophomore Katey Bern, sophomore Reagan Bromiley, sophomore Izabella DeGlopper, junior Bella Gilberto and junior Lorina Romeis all received the accolade for the first time in their careers. A native of Virginia, Bern started all 18 games this season. She maintains a 3.54 grade-point average while pursuing a degree in fisheries and wildlife biology.
