Four named CSC Academic All-District for IUP women’s soccer

INDIANA, Pa. — IUP women’s soccer had four student-athletes named to the 2023 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® team, released by the organization on Tuesday. Seniors Julia Csernyik (criminology), Kristen Finnerty (interior design), Hannah Scardina (pre-physical therapy) and Kylie Warren (early childhood/special education) were among the IUP honorees. To qualify for the CSC Academic All-District Team, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically, maintain a minimum 3.50 cumulative GPA, compete in 90 percent of the team’s competitions or start in 66% of a team’s competitions.
