Russ Earns Women’s Soccer Academic All-District Honor

ASHLAND, Va. – Riley Russ (Virginia Beach, Va./Princess Anne) , a junior forward member of the Randolph-Macon women’s soccer program, was recognized for academic as well as athletic accomplishments as she received a CoSIDA Academic All-District honor. The award is given to a member that has a cumulative grade point average at 3.50 or higher and all will be on the Academic All-America ballot. Russ, a Behavioral Neuroscience major, appeared in all 18 games with 16 starts. She helped R-MC score six goals, as she recorded six assists and added two goals for ten points. She has been named to…
