Women’s Cross Country | 11/22/2023 12:34:00 PM CALDWELL, Idaho – One more day, one more honor for Ellyse Tingelstad of the College of Idaho women’s cross country team. On Wednesday, she was named the Cascade Collegiate Conference Women’s Cross Country RIZE Runner of the Year. This is the third straight year that she has picked up the annual honor.
