Four from Averett men’s soccer earn CSC Academic All-District accolades

DANVILLE, Va. — Averett University men’s soccer had four student-athletes earn 2023 Academic All-District® honors from the College Sports Communicators. Juniors Oliver Kousholt and Anton Lindberg, senior Alexander Soerensen and redshirt senior Daniel Starr all were honored for their contributions on the field and in the classroom. To be eligible, student-athletes had to meet the criteria of having at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average and either play in 90 percent of their team’s games or start in at least 66 percent of the contests.
