By: Antonio Arredondo LEXINGTON, Ky. — The American Volleyball Coaches Association announced their Division III Women’s Volleyball All-Region for the 2023 season, with Kassandra Mendenhall becoming the first Bruin volleyball player in the 21st century to be named to a team. Mendenhall, an Honorable Mention honoree, led the Bruins to the final of the NWC Volleyball tournament before falling to Pacific Lutheran. Mendenhall was named Northwest Conference Player of the Year and was a first-team honoree for the 2023 season.
