Six Comets Selected to Academic All-District Teams

RICHARDSON, Texas – Six student-athletes from UT Dallas were named to the 2023 Academic All-District® Men’s and Women’s Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, Tuesday. To be eligible, a student-athlete must carry a 3.50 cumulative grade point average and play in 90 percent of their team’s contests or start 50 percent. The CSC Academic All-America Teams will be announced on December 19 for the men and December 20 for the women. Men’s soccer players Kayson Marriott and Kane Kidwell with women’s soccer members Sierra Foster, Kaitlyn Futschik, Peyton Guidry and Ashlynn Thomas were named to the Academic All-District Teams.…
