Trailing for most of the game, Naples was finally able to take a 10-6 lead with 10.7 seconds to go in a Class 3M, Region 4 final against Dunbar. The Golden Eagles opted to kick it deep rather than to kick it out of bounds or squib it. The Tigers made them pay for it.
