Jackson Lumen Christi defeats Menominee in MHSAA Division 7 championship

The Lumen Christi Catholic Titans (13-1) defeated the Menominee Maroons (11-3) 34-30 in the Division 7 Michigan high school football state championships on Sunday at Ford Field. Menominee took a 14-0 lead in the first quarter. Landen Bardowski scored a 2-yard touchdown run, and Eli Beal threw a 34-yard touchdown pass to Trevor Theuerkauf.
