BASKETBALL: Jim Morris elected to Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame
Jim Morris has posthumously been elected to the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame. On Tuesday the former Jeffersonville High School graduate and standout athlete, who later had a successful career in coaching and administration, was announced to be among the 62nd induction class of the IBHoF. Morris, who passed away in June, was a 1953 graduate of JHS. He lettered in baseball, basketball and football for the Red Devils. As a senior, he was the most valuable player of the basketball team.
