LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – For the fourth time in the Division II era, an Ohio Dominican Panther has been named a nominee for the 2023 Harlon Hill Trophy as the Division II College Football Player of the Year. The G-MAC Co-Player of the Year, Eddie Miller-Garrett (Newark, New Jersey) was one of 38 student-athletes named as a nominee for the D2 equivalent of the Heisman Trophy.
