Kurzum ’27 voted NESCAC football rookie of the year

Hamilton College quarterback Luke Kurzum ’27 (Caldwell, N.J./James Caldwell HS) was voted the 2023 New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Football Rookie of the Year and the conference announced the all-NESCAC team selections on Tuesday, Nov. 28. Tighe Hoey ’25 (New Canaan, Conn./St. Paul’s School [N.H.]) made the all-conference first team special teams as the punter. Mark Howrigan ’24 (St. Albans, Vt./Bellows Free Academy) was placed on the all-NESCAC second team offense at tight end. The Continentals won three of their last four games.
