Plizga Named All-Region by United Soccer Coaches

GREENSBURG – Zander Plizga led the Pitt-Greensburg men’s soccer team in assists and points this season. He was also second on the team with ten goals. Today, Plizga was honored with a Second Team All-Region by the United Soccer Coaches Division III selection committee. Plizga is a sophomore from Gibsonia, PA has 12 goals and nine assists in his Bobcats career, playing 39 matches. He started 15 of 19 games this season and played 1365 minutes. Plizga has emerged as a leader for the Bobcats even with his underclassmen status.
