SAN FRANCISCO — Western Oregon women’s soccer’s Hannah Rispler was selected to the D2CCA All-West Region First Team for the second year in a row Tuesday morning. The Gresham, Oregon, native was again the force of a tenacious Wolves defense as its center back – playing every minute this season for WOU.
