Ayden Cherry Named SCAC Character and Community Athlete of the Week

Ayden Cherry, a senior on the Colorado College men’s cross-country team from Brooklyn, N.Y., was named the SCAC Character & Community Female Student-Athlete of the Week, announced on Nov. 29. The SCAC Character & Community Award honors the efforts of student-athletes who excel in the field of athletics and also serve their campus and community. Cherry, along with the other athletes of the XC team, regularly cleans up Monument Valley Creek, which runs parallel to the CC campus.
