Diamond’Nique Young named First Team All-Region by AVCA

By: James Garcia, Sports Information Director 2023 AVCA Division II Women’s Regional Awards LEXINGTON, Ky. – West Virginia State volleyball’s Diamond’Nique Young was named First Team All-Region by the American Volleyball Coaches Association. She was 1-of-14 All-Region team members in the Atlantic Region. Young also earned Second Team All-Region honors from the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) and was a First Team All-MEC selection this year.
