Pimenta Nets D2CCA East All-Region Second Team Accolade

WEST HAVEN, Conn. – Redshirt-senior Ana Pimenta (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) of the Southern New Hampshire University women’s volleyball team was recognized with a Division 2 Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) East All-Region Second Team honor Wednesday. Pimenta, who becomes the first all-region performer in program history, was also the program’s first NE10 All-Conference First Team pick earlier this month. Pimenta has started 23 of the 24 matches she has played in this season. Over 85 sets, she has racked up 273 kills (3.21 k/s) on .203 hitting, 17 aces (0.20 sa/s), 181 digs (2.13 d/s) and 59 blocks (0.69 b/s).…
